Never advertised with us before?

If you haven’t advertised with us before you will need to register your organisation on our MyCareer jobs and events website. To register, visit the MyCareer log in page and click on ‘Organisation sign up’ to fill in the short form. Once approved you will receive an automated confirmation email along with details of how you set your password to log in and view your profile. Adverts can be uploaded immediately ater your registration form has been submitted, alternatively you can wait until you have received confirmation of your organisation approval. We aim to approve all organisation registration forms within 2 working days

Have you advertised with us before?

If you have advertised with us since September 2016 your company will have an account and you will be registered on our MyCareer jobs and events website. To log in and upload and/or edit your opportunities please visit the MyCareer log in page and enter your email address and password. We aim to approve all suitable adverts within 3 working days.

If you have previously registered on MyCareer but need to re-set your password please click on ‘Reset organisation password’ (this is your own personal password and not a global password as the name suggests) and wait for the automated re-set email which can take 15-30 minutes to arrive.

Please note if your last interaction with us was before September 2016 it is likely that you will not be registered on our MyCareer website. Please contact us if you are not sure

Additional Information

All paid part-time and casual roles for students to undertake alongside their studies are advertised by the Joblink department in our Students Union. This includes all campus ambassador roles. You can contact Alex Harris and his team on 0113 3801 448 or email joblink@leeds.ac.uk.

Recruitment agencies can advertise on our job board providing the client is named in the advert. Registered agencies will have the option to name the client in a specified text box when uploading the advert. Any roles advertised by agencies/3rd parties that do not name the client will not be approved.
