Interview Nerves: How external factors can affect your performance

Date: 06 February 2019
Time: 12:00

Booking and Further Information

If you are affected by interview nerves, this session may be for you.

Led by a former graduate/placement recruiter, this workshop looks at a variety of external factors that often affect candidates at interviews. We will examine issues ranging from:

- the interview room
- the premises
- the interviewers
- the wearing of formal interview clothes
- waiting for the interview day to arrive

You may have prepared your interview answers, you may know all about the STAR technique or strengths-based questions. If you have, that's great, but knowing more about external factors could well make you feel more comfortable and prepared during the actual day.
